Look Up an Actual Product Label

Search any U.S. dietary supplement product by name and see exactly what's declared on its label — ingredients, dosages, and every claim it makes — pulled live from the NIH's own Dietary Supplement Label Database. This shows you the label. It does not mean any claim on it has been proven; for that, use the evidence guides linked throughout this site.

Type a product name above and press Enter, or wait a moment after typing.

About this data: Label information is sourced directly from the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements' Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD), drawn from over 200,000 product labels. Submission is voluntary and manufacturer-reported — the NIH itself notes that labels "might be incomplete and/or inaccurate," and inclusion in the database is not an endorsement of the product by NIH, FDA, or HHS. This tool shows you what a label declares; it does not carry this site's own evidence ratings, which you'll find on the Top 25 guide for the most common ingredients.
